Every man loves to wear a neck tie for any kind of formal or informal occasion. As such managing a neck tie becomes a tiring job when you are out for a business meeting or even creates embarrassing moments for you many times when it hangs out and spoils while you are out for lunch or dinner.

A tie clip is a small piece of men’s accessory that is used to keep a neck tie attaches to the underlying dress shirt. Tie clips also serve very important function along with being decorative. Men’s ties are intended to cover the button of the dress shirt and also provide a line of contrast and interest. Many fashion experts often suggest that a properly selected tie conveys the personality of the wearer. Unfortunately, even the most expensive silk tie cannot compete with wind and gravity and can easily blow out of place with a quick gust of air and unsecured tie can also find its way into a paper shredder or other machine. A tie clip places approx two thirds of the way down the front of a neck tie and keep it secured through most situations.

Decorative tie clips have even become more popular as gift ideas for shoppers on a budget. There is a wide variety of styles available and one size may not fit all ties. Therefore, if you own many neck ties then you need to invest in functional tie clips for everyday occasions and higher end clips for formal events. Many times, tie clips are even bundled with matching cufflinks.
