What to wear to a wedding long dress or pantsuit?
I am going to an evening wedding and every site I have searched recommended a cocktail dress. I am only 5’3″ and unfortunately have big calves; short dress is out of the question. I am 24 will a pantsuit make me look older? Or will a long dress look bad because of my height? Also any recommendation on were to buy one or the other would be great.
A long dress in a more ‘casual’/simple style could still work for an evening wedding. If your hair and jewellery are less formal then a long dress could will be perfect. A pantsuit can also look nice if it is the right kind – some can make you look older though so be careful selecting it! By the way, not all shorter dresses make your calves look bad – there are heaps of different lengths and styles which can take the focus off the legs or even make them look better.
