Cease Being The Slave Servant of Housecleaning In Your House
Pots and pans in the sink calling out to you is not something you like to hear. How about your entire home begging you to be cleaned is enough to make most of us run out the door instead of grabbing a broom! We all get that feeling in our gut however if you think about it if you do a little here and there, cleaning often in little time slots of say 5 to 10 minutes you’d feel a lot better right? Sure beats marking that dreaded “X” one day counting down to big depressing house cleaning session.
One way to make things much much better and quicker in cleaning your home is to do it with another person! In today’s world both men and women hold jobs and are often working full time. Yet cleaning in the home is still largely performed by women. This just does not make sense considering that there are no good reasons for this.
The key to making this partnership of cleaning enjoyable is to focus on tasks of cleaning that each of you enjoys or does a better job at. This will get the job done quicker, make the results better, and cut down those fights over cleaning and chores dramatically. Or you could try the one week you, one week me approach to say, laundry and dinner dishes. However, the most effective way to really get your partners attention is by performing those chores that you know your partner just despises.
Now you know that having a clean home is not just about being a slave-maid in tattered rags.
