Fully front lined?

What does it mean when they say a swimsuit is fully front lined? Why isn’t the back typically lined too? Is there any chance of a fully front lined suit being see-through?

Fully front lined means that there is a double layer of fabric on the entire front of the swim suit. There isn’t a back lining because there isn’t really anything that needs the extra coverage on the back of a swimming suit. The extra layer of fabric usually prevents any see-through issues that would occur.
