Fold Over
My omelettes are falling apart when I fold them over. What to do to prevent this ?
I never ad water or milk to my omelet so perhaps that is what is the problem. Here is how I make one.
Take 3 eggs
Scramble eggs
add salt and pepper to taste
put the whole mixture in a hot buttered frying pan
with a spatula keep stirring the whole thing till the eggs begin setting a bid
they will look like soft scramble eggs
I then make sure to flatten the eggs leave them as is or fill them with cheese and stuff
After they cook about 1 minute without being moved I flip the sides over and let cook just a little more and lastly turn the omelet over on a plate.
