Fit Pants
I want to fit in tighter pants, but my thighs are too big. Any help?
I am 16 and i have rather large thighs and a big butt, i want to lose this so i can fit in to tighter pants. Whats the best way of doing so?
My best guess would be to lose weight. 
Haha, but you need to find your BMR (first link in the sources) and subtract 500 from that, if you don’t exercise, and that is how many calories you should eat. If you burn 500 calories a day, you just eat the amount your BMR is. At that rate, you will lose 1-2 lbs. a week.
The second link is to a wonderful website that lets you see how much you will weigh at a certain date according to your stats. I love it! Though, your body doesnt work like a calculator, so it may be a little different.
