OK, the first thing in order is to give yourself a makeover. You will not get in shape overnight and even if you are in shape now, we still need to make some changes that will make you stand out in a crowd, in a good way. Attitude wise and appearance wise, you want your ex to notice the difference because obviously showing your ex the same old you will not do any good in getting him or her back.
What improvements in the looks department you ask? Here’s the thing, ladies, you do not need to look like a supermodel. As for you gentlemen, you won’t need to be a pretty boy. Think very basic, maybe you should get rid of that gut you’ve been carrying for ages, also don’t pick one outfit and wear it for the whole week, and take a little chance and get rid of that boring hairdo. The point is, nobody’s perfect and we should always look to improve ourselves.
The second thing we must do is to understand that some things are out of our control. Often times people mess things up not because they fail to do what’s necessary, but rather because they try to do too much.
You do not want to call your ex because that would be classified as “doing too much”. You want your ex to convince him or herself that they want to call you. Would you like to know how you might do that? You do that by not calling your ex.
By not calling your ex, the first good thing you are doing is giving your ex the much needed time and space away from you. You need to let your ex ride out this period of solitude and you should use this time to make some much needed changes and improvements on yourself.
Unless you’ve dated someone with a heart of ice, your inexplicable lack of contact will have your ex scratching his or her head. The beauty is in the making of someone do something by doing nothing. This not only is highly effective, but at the same time it will give you a psychological edge overtime.
Coax or influence someone to think about you and is only a self-promotion. Give your ex boyfriend or girlfriend the time they needed to heal, get rid of their anger, and eventually they will start thinking about you again in a positive light. Get this done the right way and you are back in the game. Mark my words, you will get back together with your ex.
