What’s the street style in Spain?
I’m going to be a student abroad in Toledo this fall semester, and I don’t want to stick out too much. I’m looking forward to shopping there and adopting the style. I’m 20 and don’t want to look matronly, but I’ve heard that shorts (especially the American short-short version) are not acceptable or worn there.
Please give examples (and links if possible!) of items or sites that showcase current Spanish style.
Just a note:
My personal style is kinda vintage/preppy/collegiate. My favorite stores are Rugby Ralph Lauren, Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie, Catherine Malandrino, Marc by Marc Jacobs, FRYE, and anything that’s luxe but casual.
