to school, i have this long skinny scarf from old navy thats dark blue and lighter blue striped, would that look good with a brown top?
Yes! Brown and blue always coordinate fantastically. I myself prefer a warm, cinnamon brown with powder blue, but almost any combination of those two colors looks good together.
But remember to choose a solid top with a printed/patterned scarf.
