how do I go about dying my blond hair an aqua or blue color underneath? does it look weird when it starts to grow back in? approx how much does it cost and do I have to go to a salon to get it done? any other tips would be nice, thanks!
Don’t do that to your hair! It will look really weird and after awhile of having it, you will probably get sick of having the blue color.
