*my shop’s

My friend (finally) visited my shop.

She gave me a bunch of ideas about decorating my shop.

Thank you Nad, I definitely need that.

I’ve been into spaghetti very much.

I practice making spaghetti with different sauces and meats almost everyday.

The more I make, the more delicious it is.

We went to the dog show. I loved being around many dog lovers at once, especially seeing dogs interacted with children.

Two days ago I met my friend.

She showed me the picture of our college friend’s baby girl named Kathleen.

How cute Kathleen is.

We feel so guilty we haven’t visited her yet since she gave birth her daughter.

Well she lives far away at her hometown.

But we have no doubt that our friend is a very good mother.

I bought natural soaps online at my lovely friend’s online store.

They just arrived yesterday and I received more than I ordered.

Those smell great. It probably took about 20 or 30 minutes to make a decision which one I tried it first.

It didn’t matter which I picked, I love that it’s natural and I feel safe using it.

I get flu. I have a sore throat, a cough, and achy muscles.

It’s not wise to eat out right now, because I can’t taste my food.

The good thing is that I have opportunities to lay on the couch watching craps on TV. (As if I needed that since that’s all I do about anyway when I am home).

1. You don’t mind to prepare dinner yourself when I am busy (or not).

2. You threw a surprise snack party on Saturday night, just for us. I couldn’t believe you bought my favorite snacks.

Drinking blue pepsi reminds me of our puppy Bronze the pug who used to slurp my pepsi.

I kinda miss him.

We attended business seminar. The seminar only invited business owners.

I know how most seminars are boring, but this one was very interesting.

Topics related to my little shop =). And we made the acquaintance of other participants which all of them are business owners.

Well, I also got a lot of homeworks. huaaah…

Guess what are those things which I hugged?

Hubby challenged me to create a photo essay.

A photo essay is a set or series of photographs that are intended to tell a story or evoke a series of emotions in the viewer.

So when I did a grocery shopping, I started my photo essay from varieties of fresh fruits to bottles of olive oil which I have never used for a cooking.

Well, hubby gave me an “E” grade for the result =) mbwahaaahaa.

As a matter of fact I really enjoyed the process.

I just watched Sex and the City ~ the movie. It’s nice to see these women again, because they are all rich and complex characters.

What I love the most is Sarah Jessica Parker. She will look good in every dress or gown.

Carrie and Mr. Big are definitely the best things about this film.

Hmm.. I always love happy ending story which is enough to melt my heart.

We visited Franchise Expo. The event featured over 100 companies from a diverse range of industries. The whole evening just flew by.

I Looked at this as a great opportunity to learn a lot of ideas behind businesses.

I was further inspired after talking to Coffee Shop’s representatives at a franchise exhibition.

^ We were resting for a while after getting tired of walking all over the building hall.

For a long time I have wanted to get my hair cut really short. But everytime I plan to go to my hairdresser, suddenly I have no guts to realize it.

Lately I have been seeing a number of short hair pictures and I can’t get them out. I hope I won’t change my mind (again).

At first glance to this cafe, I knew at once that the owner is a photographer.

^ The photography pieces hang everywhere on the wall.

What I love the most is, the cafe has a vintage coffee machine, but I didn’t capture it.

Overall, we had a great time here enjoying laughter together while eating spaghetti.

We went to engagement party at my parents home.

My little sister got engaged with her high school boyfriend.

I guess they have been together for 6 years (since high school). Isn’t that amazing?

The cute kids who sat near us are my niece and nephew.

^ My elder sister brought tiramisu which she made herself. To be honest, it looked great and tasted delicious.

At first I thought she bought the cake from hotel. It is official. I am the only one in the family who can’t bake a cake ;p.

I visited my parent’s home before going to my shop. I am so glad that I can go to work whenever I want to.

Anyway I took a picture in my ex bedroom. Looking to my old bedroom, I felt how… I had grown up a lot since I left my old room.

^ I used to love reading novels next to that big window.

I made my own version fried rice. My hubby said it was the best fried rice I have ever made! Will definitely make again.

I mixed the rice with eggs, sausages, beef slices, and other ingredients.

^ My favorite part is cracking the eggs on the side of a bowl with one hand. Ok, the results were not good.

Is there any secret to crack egg with one hand or is it just a matter of practice?

I bought a 1st GSM handphone on 1998. I kept it in a single pocket handphone case.

A few years later, I changed the case with double zip pocket handphone case because I had already had CDMA mobile phone too.

^ Now that I have to bring my camera everywhere ;p, I use this triple zip pocket case. But how many pockets do I need, let’s say 2 years later?

I bought a new digital camera. I used to take a photo with my 3.2 mega pixels phone camera.

But now, I have Canon 10.0 mega pixels camera. It gives amazing result compared to my old phone camera.

I can always capture beautiful moment everyday.

Accompanying hubby to hardware store doesn’t bore me anymore.

I can spend some time browsing the garden section, looking for a cute pot.

We have finally found a new family who loves Bronze and wants to take care of him.

Although it broke my heart so much, that was the best decision for Bronze because we live in the apartment.

Hellow, I finally start to go green. I have no idea what kind of plant I have, the gardener said that the plant was suitable for indoor gardening.

Plant brightens up our room and my mornings. I should buy more plants and put them in every corner of our apartment.

^ I also bought Pansy Beaconsfield seeds and sowed the seeds in that polkadot pot. I am very optimistic that the flower seeds will grow.
